Bodens first school from 1848. The name is associated with one of the first teachers in Boden - Nils Oskar Alm (1850-1923) - who, during his lifetime, had a major influence on the school life in Boden.

The schools upper floor served as the teachers living quarters. Classes were held on the ground floor. Nowadays the restored building is being used for conferences and exhibitions but parts of the original wall painting were spared during restoration.
